Behind the Scenes: FFA Foundation Video
Sorry for the lack of Blog posts this last week or two, I have been SUPER busy with tons of shoots and edits (which will happen often) BUT today I am going to go through a shoot I just did for the New York State FFA Foundation.
I was given the task to make a video to not only help get smaller donations, but to also showcase how giving back to the FFA is not just in Money, but also in Time! So we went to the Moravia High School, to talk with Brant, a former FFA member, and now teacher to many students!
So it was going to be a somewhat simple shoot! Basic Interview setup and B-Roll of him and other students working around the Greenhouse.
In shooting the A-Roll of Brant I used a 2' 3000k Quasar to key him, and light from the windows was setting the overall ambiance cooler. This was basically the same for Seth's (State Vice President) Speaking setup in front of the chalkboard.
Most of the Inside B-Roll was lit only using the Quasar as a nice back light, even making it's way into the frame (which usually I hate, but felt nice for the workshop) As for the B-Roll outside in the Greenhouse that was all just natural light!
Below are some still frames from the shoot, and the video will be up soon!!
Thank you guys again, I hope to have some more in-depth blogs soon!
